Returns / Exchanges
At Zege Apparel, we want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, and we’ll provide you with return instructions. Once we receive and inspect your item, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).

Exchanges: If you need a different size or style, simply reach out to us within 30 days, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and any merchandise received as part of a donation cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a free replacement.
